The personnel was really kind and pleasant. The room was big size and fancy with great mountain view, had essentials required. Truly enjoyed modern decor, plus 2 televisions and a seating area were at a high level.

The hotel has friendly service and a magnificent location within walking distance of the main Borjomi attractions. The venue is just next door to an old Borjomi restaurant and offers beautiful views from the roof terrace.

This hotel is a gem! Its central location is perfect, within walking distance of all the must-see sights in town. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and with excellent mountain views from the balconies. The drinks and breakfast were also included, which we found to be a great value for money.
